Is my plate/bowl/etc. food-safe?
Unless otherwise specified, all dinnerware is food-safe.
How do I care for my piece?
Items with luster are not dishwasher-safe nor microwave-safe. Please wash with a gentle sponge (non-abrasive).
Items without luster are microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe. Since these pieces are handmade, I recommend they be washed by hand to extend the lifetime of the piece.
When will my order ship?
If your order had no preorder items, the items will be shipped out in the next few days.
If your order contains preorder item(s), all will ship when the preorder item(s) is ready. If you'd like it to ship sooner than that, please let me know via email. There may be additional shipping costs if you want a separate shipment.
I want to order something but it's out of stock! How can I place an order?
Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I may be able to fulfill an order via commission, though this isn't guaranteed.
How often do you restock?
I don't have a regular schedule for update right now; it is mostly based on when I have enough inventory. Updates will be posted on my social media.
Is there a discount for large orders?
At the moment, no. I price everything individually.
Do you do wholesale or consignment?
I am open to select wholesale/consignment agreements. I love working with small businesses, especially minority- or women-owned businesses who respect the creative process. Email me at email@example.com to discuss!
What is your return/refund policy?
I try my best to make sure that you'll be happy with what you receive. If you aren't pleased with the piece, let me know at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your purchase. I can try to remake your piece or refund you the full amount. If I remake your piece, your order will take additional time.
What is your response time?
I will generally respond within 1-2 business days. This is not my full-time job so please be patient.
What is your policy for damaged goods?
I am so sorry to hear that your goods arrived damaged! Email me at email@example.com with pictures of the damages and I'll remake the pieces for you. Note that this means your order will take additional time.
Do you take custom orders for items you haven't shown before?
Not necessarily. I like getting ideas/suggestions from people, but that does not guarantee I'll make it and sell it! I also will never copy another artist's work for sale.

Do you do local pickup?
I offer local pickup for those in the Bay Area. I can generally accommodate pickup around the South Bay (Sunnyvale/Mountain View area) or the Peninsula (San Mateo area).
